 We follow these simple steps:

 

Fast Shipping

 

Most IN STOCK items ship by the next business day (many orders ship on the same day the order is placed). 

 During the spring and summer many IN STOCK items sell out. We notify all buyers if an order cannot be fulfilled within 2-3 days of placing an order. Buyers always have the option to cancel an order prior to shipment.

ALL other items (those not identified as IN STOCK) ship from our suppliers to our facility

Please allow 3-8 business days for these orders to ship. Certain manufacturers experience seasonal shipping delays. 

We email within 24 hours if an order will be delayed

Orders received Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship the following week. 

This includes Premium and Express orders

Shipping is restricted to contiguous 48 states. Proposition 65 Restrictions restrict some orders from shipping to California (see details).

ALL orders ship FREE via Standard Economy Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all items to offer a transparent and easy shopping experience

FREE Economy Shipping ships via the least expensive shipping method including

USPS First Class, Parcel Select, Priority Mail and UPS SurePost. Our staff chooses the carrier for FREE shipping based on lowest cost. 

 

Our fulfillment center is located in Indianapolis, Indiana 

Economy shipping does NOT have a guarantee delivery time. While many items will arrive with 3-4 days, buyers who need faster delivery should opt for paid shipping. 

Most west coast orders take 4-7 business days to arrive

Paid Shipping Options

We understand many customers need to expedite delivery

Premium Shipping upgrades any order to either Priority Mail or UPS Ground shipping

These options appear during checkout based on the weight of items in your cart

Ground/Home includes weekend delivery which may expedite delivery for orders placed later in the week

Most customers receive these orders in 1-3 business days

West Coast customers should anticipate 3-5 business days

We endeavor to ship Premium orders on the same business day but we can only guarantee shipment by the next business day

Paid Shipping is not an option on NON-Stock Items, the items are delayed from suppliers (typically 3-8 days) prior to shipment

Express 2-Day Shipping

Express Shipping guarantees 2-Day Delivery

We want all customers to feel comfortable and well cared for by our team

PLEASE NOTE our detailed shipping policy before upgrading to Express 2-Day Shipping:

Your order will ship by the next business day

We endeavor to ship Express orders on the same business day but we can only guarantee shipment by the next day

Only IN STOCK items will ship by the next business day

Although Express Shipping is available on NON-Stock Items, the items are delayed from suppliers (typically 3-8 days) prior to shipment

Orders with a PO Box in the shipping address will ship via USPS Express if available

USPS Express does not guarantee 2-Day Delivery

Please understand our Express Shipping Schedule before upgrading

Express carriers do not operate on Saturday and Sunday

Non-Stock items are not eligible for express shipping

Orders received on Thursday will arrive by Tuesday

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship Monday with Wednesday Delivery

Order Confirmation

The Mower Shop emails order confirmation upon payment confirmation 

A second email is sent when the order ships

A final email is sent when the carrier scans your order as delivered 

Tracking Orders

ALL orders receive a tracking number from the carrier (USPS, FedEx or UPS)

Tracking number is included in the email confirming shipment

Shipping Restrictions

If you have questions regarding shipping restrictions, please contact us before placing an order

Certain restrictions prevent us from shipping to all geographical locations all the time 

The Mower Shop reserves the right to cancel any order for any lawful reason

Shipping is limited to contiguous 48 states

Orders will be cancelled to any address with a shipping address in an undeliverable geographical location within the contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Protectorates, PO Boxes and all international address

Local/State law

Hazmat material

Large items

Manufacturer Policy

 Unfulfillable orders will be cancelled upon receipt

Cancelled/voided credit card transactions and other payment services may hold pending charges

To avoid confusion please contact us directly before placing an order

Out of Stock Items

Items labeled IN STOCK typically ship by the following business day

Occasionally shipping delays occur due to lack of inventory or backorders with suppliers

All NON-Stocked Items ship between 3-8 business days from date of order

Our team works hard to update buyers of delays, back orders and any other issue that may arise

Cancelled Orders

Buyers may request an order cancellation at any point before shipment

Once an order has shipped, buyers must adhere to the standard return policy

Once an order is cancelled, credit card and other payment systems may still show payment pending

Products & Accessories

 

Local Delivery restriction

Products labeled “Local Delivery” are not eligible for shipping beyond our local region

Local Delivery products are delivered fully assembled and tested to specific Indiana counties: Boone, Hamilton, Hancock & Marion

Any order outside this specific geographical location is subject to cancellation

Certain restrictions prevent us from shipping these items to all geographical locations
